SWEET POTATO CRISP
12 sweet potatoes
3/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup finely ground nuts

1/4 cup finely ground nuts
Cook potatoes. Peel and slice 1/2" thick. Spread on buttered large, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with butter. flour and all other ingredients. Broil until bubbly and caramelized.
