তয়া তিরোহিতত্বাচ্চ শক্তিঃ ক্ষেত্রজ্ঞ-সংজ্ঞিতা ।
সর্বভূতেষু ভূপাল তারতম্যেন বর্ততে ॥ ১১৫ ॥
taya tirohitatvac ca
saktih ksetra-jna-samjnita
sarva-bhutesu bhu-pala
taratamyena vartate
SYNONYMS
taya-by her; tirah-hitatvat-from being freed from the influence; ca-also; saktih-the potency; ksetra-jna-ksetra-jna; samjnita-known by the name; sarva-bhutesu-in different types of bodies; bhu-pala-O King; taratamyena-in different degrees; vartate-exists.
TRANSLATION
" 'This living entity, covered by the influence of nescience, exists in different forms in the material condition. O King, he is thus proportionately freed from the influence of material energy, to greater or lesser degrees.' [Visnu Purana 6.7.63]
