Our most dear Srila Prabhupada,

You are the living force of your devotees. We offer you our eternal obeisances falling at your lotus feet, and there we beg to submit our humble prayers in glorification of your divine qualities, on this most auspicious day of Sri Vyasa Pūja.

We can hardly speak or your glorious attributes; you are the most intimate friend of our Lord Sri Krsna. How can we ever understand your exalted position? You are favored by Srimati Radharani and therefore you are the most beloved person in all the three worlds. You have come to deliver us from darkness to light, by freely distributing the nectar of this sahkirtana movement of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Without considering who is a fit candidate, you have benedicted us with the sweet taste of the holy name. You have given us life; therefore we are eternally bound to you through loving devotional service. Please bless us that we may be able to purely repeat all that you have taught us We are nothing but your peons. We have no qualifications, and are most undeserving, but somehow or other we are being engaged by your mercy only. By receiving your mercy all of our desires are fulfilled. Krsna is so kind that He has sent you. O most beloved spiritual master, enable us to understand His kindness. We have no eyes to see, and although we are most dull we are begging for the shade of your lotus feet. For we know that in the most auspicious place, under your perfect guidance, we will actually begin to taste the nectar of the transcendentally sweet eternal life in association with our Lord Sri Krsna. How can we repay you? We can only offer our lives. Praying at your lotus feet, we offer our obeisances again and again.
