He reasons ill who tells that Vaisnavas die,
When thou art living still in sound.
The Vaisnavas die to live, and living try
To spread the holy name around.
He reasons ill who tells that you will die,
By writing books the world you'll save,
Within your books you live on still,
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
When thou art living still in sound.
The Vaisnavas die to live, and living try
To spread the holy name around.
He reasons ill who tells that you will die,
By writing books the world you'll save,
Within your books you live on still,
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
He reasons ill who tells that you will die,
To all, the holy name you gave.
Our lives complex you made sublime,
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
To all, the holy name you gave.
Our lives complex you made sublime,
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
He reasons ill who tells that you will die,
With torch of knowledge you entered Maya's cave
And you opened all our eyes with it,
You forced them open, bit by bit.
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
With torch of knowledge you entered Maya's cave
And you opened all our eyes with it,
You forced them open, bit by bit.
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
He reasons ill who tells that you will die,
For you are not illusion's slave.
Free us all, by your mercy!
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
For you are not illusion's slave.
Free us all, by your mercy!
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
He reasons ill who tells that you will die,
Your ship of mercy on love of Godhead's wave
Has traveled far, to America,
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
Your ship of mercy on love of Godhead's wave
Has traveled far, to America,
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
He reasons ill who tells that you will die
You live not in an earthly grave
But now at Krsna's lotus feet
In Goloka, that world so sweet.
Go back to Godhead, back to home
And never more again you'll roam.
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
You live not in an earthly grave
But now at Krsna's lotus feet
In Goloka, that world so sweet.
Go back to Godhead, back to home
And never more again you'll roam.
O Prabhupada! O Gurudeva!
O eternal father, we used to search for some hope somewhere, but alas, we became so parched and dry in our search for truth. Finally, gasping, looking, trying to find someone we could pray to, Lord Krsna kindly supplied. All glories to Your Divine Grace.
yasya prasadad bhagavat-prasado

Now we are chanting Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare/Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. Thank you, Prabhupada.
So kindly and firmly you treated us. Spiritually, we were blind as bats. Now by your kindness we are beginning to see that we are vagabonds who ran away to the kingdom of rascaldom.
O eternal father, that search for hope is now saturated with certainly.

"By constantly serving you, one is freed from all material desires and is completely pacified. When shall we engage as your permanent eternal servants and always feel joyful to have such a perfect master?" (Stota-ratna 43)
Your coming was pretold through time untold
Like certified gold you came to unfold
Caitanya's mission throughout the world.
Like certified gold you came to unfold
Caitanya's mission throughout the world.
Your sweet mercy expands in soft saffron strands
To America, Asia, England, and all other lands.
To America, Asia, England, and all other lands.
Philosophers and scientists-you've defeated them all
Mayavadi, Buddhist, Mammonist all made so small.
Mayavadi, Buddhist, Mammonist all made so small.
Seeming so stern to establish your mission
You're the softest of all, please stay in our vision.
You're the softest of all, please stay in our vision.
At your lotus feet please save us a place,
But what can we do to ever repay Your Divine Grace?
