Taittiriya dāsa

From the joyous and pure hours of morning glory,
I sing your praises, the Lord's emissary.

All that I do from sunrise to sunset
I offer to your lotus feet so as not to forget.

Without your grace my life would be nothing;
My knowledge and wealth would just add to my suffering.

Your lotus feet are the only shelter I've found,
By your mercy only, I am now homeward bound.

My dear Lord Sri Krsna, I owe everything to You
For sending my master with the message bold and true.

Love of God is the goal to which to aspire,
In your unalloyed service I shall never tire.

The most blessed of holy days we now celebrate;
You have come to this world, our fears to mitigate.

With the untold message of Gaura-Nitai;
Chanting and dancing is service most high.

As you dictate so shall I act;
My Lord and master, establish this fact.

There is no greater servant of Krsna, our God,
Than my father and master, Srila Prabhupada.
