We of Houston temple do join together with all temples on this earth in offering our most humble obeisances unto the lotus feet of our beloved spiritual master, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, who is so dear unto Lord Krsna on this planet, having taken shelter of the lotus feet of the Transcendental Lord.

Our respectful obeisances are unto you, O Spiritual Master, Servant of Sarasvati Gosvami. You are so kindly preaching this message of Lord Caitanyadeva and delivering these Western countries from impersonalism and voidism.

We of Houston Yatra who are standing in darkness do offer our most respectful obeisances unto the lotus feet of our Spiritual Master, who has opened our eyes with the torchlight of transcendental knowledge.

All Glories, All Glories to Srila Prabhupada, who is delivering the entire world from the darkest well of material nescience into the full light of devotional service to the Supreme Lord, Sri Krsna.

After our crores and crores of sinful lives, it is by your mercy only that we can be given the chance to reclaim our constitutional position as Lord Krsna's eternal parts and parcels. The Lord has spoken that one who claims to be His devotee is not His devotee, but one who is the devotee of His devotee, is actually His devotee. So we are always praying to become constantly absorbed in service to your divine lotus feet, which afford all fallen souls such as ourselves the only suitable passage for crossing over this difficult ocean of Kali. In the Caitanya-caritamrta this is confirmed-that only by the mercy of such a pure devotee as yourself can one approach the Supreme Personality of Godhead Lord Sri Krsna. Thus you have made your most blessed appearance in this hellish world on this most holy day so that all conditioned souls may be delivered simply by regular hearing of your transcendental message. This transcendental message is coming exactly in line with the most pure disciplic succession descending from the Absolute Truth Sri Krsna Caitanya Mahaprabhu and following directly in the footsteps of Srila Rūpa Gosvami. Such authorized teachings are steering us past the most wretched maelstroms of impersonalism and voidism into the unlimited nectarean ocean of devotional service. Now, we are gradually understanding our factual position as the eternal servants of the all-beautiful Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krsna.

In our humble attempt to become simply instrumental to the previous Acaryas, we are eagerly endeavoring to make this Sahkirtana Movement our life and soul. By distribution of your transcendental literature in the streets, in the parks, on the campuses, in the libraries, on the radio, on the T.V., we are giving all the people here in Houston a chance to hear your nectarean words so that the blazing fire within their hearts may be replaced with irrevocable devotional service. We ourselves in Houston Yatra are also taking advantage of such great literature and are always feeling your transcendental presence. But our service to you, Divine Srila Prabhupada, is so inadequate-it is only by your mercy alone that we are able to do anything for the benefit of suffering humanity. Only because you offer our worthless service to Krsna does it have any value.
