SYNONYMS
ekadaonce upon a time; asramatahfrom the asrama of Jamadagni; ramewhen Lord Parasurama; sa-bhratariwith his brothers; vanaminto the forest; gatehaving gone; vairamrevenge for past enmity; sisadhayisavahdesiring to fulfill; labdha-chidrahtaking the opportunity; upagamanthey came near the residence of Jamadagni.
TRANSLATION
Once when Parasurama left the asrama for the forest with Vasuman and his other brothers, the sons of Kartaviryarjuna took the opportunity to approach Jamadagnis residence to seek vengeance for their grudge.
