payayitva papur jalam
SYNONYMS
svam svamown respective; vatsa-kulamthe group of calves; sarveall the boys and Krsna and Balarama; payayisyantahdesiring to have them drink water; ekadaone day; gatvagoing; jala-asaya-abhyasamnear the water tank; payayitvaafter allowing the animals to drink water; papuh jalamthey also drank water.
TRANSLATION
One day all the boys, including Krsna and Balarama, each boy taking his own group of calves, brought the calves to a reservoir of water, desiring to allow them to drink. After the animals drank water, the boys drank water there also.
