[07:35] [Prabhupada:] Karma karoti sa sannyasi [Bg. 6.1]. The definition of sannyasi is given in Bhagavad-gita.
[07:44] Karmi. Karmi means he works and he wants to enjoy the fruit.
[07:51] That is karmi.
[08:00] one who does not take the result of karma.
[08:06] Suppose you are a businessman. So you are working very hard,
[08:11] earning fifty thousand dollars. If you don't take that, then you are sannyasi.
[08:20] Anasritaḥ karma-phalam, karyam: it is my duty.
[08:27] So if he does not take the result of karma, who will take?
[08:33] Krsna says, kurusva tat mad-arpana: "Give it to Me."
[08:40] Kurusva tat mad-arpanam. Yat karosi, yaj juhosi, yad asnasi, yat tapasyasi kurusva [Bg. 9.27].
[08:49] This is life. You read Eighteenth Chapter, very nice verse.
[08:57] To give up the karma phalam, result of your work, to Krsna, that is real life,
[09:05] that is real renunciation.
[09:10] So you try to impress on that way. You have got [indistinct]. Whatever comes, you can send directly to Bali-mardana.

[09:50] If I do not want to spend money for aeroplane, how could I come to your country?
[09:57] So money is required. Money is not bad.
[10:02] Money, if it is spent for Krsna, then it is Laksmi, real Laksmi,
[10:12] Laksmi's business is to be engaged in Krsna's service.
[10:17] So all the money of the world, they should engage for Krsna's service.
[10:24] Krsna says yat karosi, "Never mind what you are doing, you give it to Me."
[10:31] Is it not? Bhagavad-gita, you have read it?
[10:36] So give to Krsna. And Krsna wants money for paying the aeroplane fare. [laughter]
[10:50] We are going daily from New York to London, London to here, there.
[10:57] So we are spending thousands and thousands of dollars. So who will pay?
[11:02] Krsna will pay. Because we are servant of Krsna, He will pay.
[11:10] Anasaktasya visayan yatharham upayunjataḥ
[11:14] This is our Gosvamis' instruction.
[11:17] Prapancikataya buddhya hari-sambandhi-vastunaḥ.
[11:21] Everything, isavasyam idam sarvam , everything has relation with Krsna.
[11:27] So if it is Krsna's money, why should we refuse it as material?
[11:36] Anything dovetailed with Krsna is spiritual, not material.
[11:48] Prapancikataya buddhya hari-sambandhi-vastunaḥ, mumuksubhiḥ parityago karma vairagyam... [Brs 1.2.256].
[11:56] Karma vairagya. Rūpa Gosvami. Phalgu means "false renunciation." False renunciation.
[12:06] Just like Mayavadis, they think, "No, no, I shall not touch it." Why not?
[12:16] Money is Laksmi. Why you should not touch it? But to engage in Krsna's service.
[12:24] One who has no idea of Krsna, he cannot spend for Krsna. He should not touch.
[12:31] That is good, because he will misuse. He should not touch it.
[12:37] But one who knows how to spend money for Krsna, why he should not?
[12:55] So New York temple is very nice, going on. Don't be disturbed by outward elements.
[13:04] Fix up your understanding, then maya will not be able to touch you.
[13:17] Our this flourishing condition, so many envious persons will want to destroy this organization.
[13:35] The whole world is envious. Material world means envious.
[13:50] So we have got so many enemies. Krsna is always protecting us.
[13:59] Otherwise so many counteracting things are going on, especially in India.
[14:10] Even Caitanya Mahaprabhu had to face so many. Krsna had to kill so many demons from the beginning.
[14:28] So there are many demons, but we have no strength to kill them,
[14:34] but Krsna will kill them. They cannot win. Krsna will kill them.
[14:48] Prahlada Maharaja could not kill Hiranyakasipu, but Krsna killed him.
[14:56] Anyone who is impediment to the movement, he will be killed.
[15:07] We must be also steady, very learned, convinced [indistinct]."I don't care for them."
[15:22] [Gopala Krsna:] We should never deviate from the plan.
[15:33] So by chanting Hare Krsna you can keep yourself on the standard,
[15:39] thinking of Krsna, man-mana; to become devotee of Krsna,
[15:45] man-mana bhava mad…, mad yaji,
[15:47] worshiping Krsna very nicely. Mam namaskuru, and offering obeisances.
[15:52] Where is the difficulty? There is no difficulty.
[15:58] Simply chant Hare Krsna mantra, and this includes hearing Bhagavad-gita,
[16:05] Srimad-Bhagavatam, Deity worship. You strictly follow these things, no maya can touch you.
[16:13] And if you deviate, then maya is very strong. Immediately capture.
[16:37] [Gopala Krsna:] Did we get the permit to build the temple in Bombay now? [break]
[16:43] [Prabhupada:] It cannot be checked by any material impediment.
[16:50] Checking is for material things, not for spiritual.
[17:41] [to Gopala Krsna:] Don't disagree with your wife. Since you have married, you have got good position.
[17:50] Then, first know that. Still you are [indistinct].
[17:59] It is fortunate to have a good wife... You are also fortunate; you have got son, [indistinct] putra.
[18:11] If one is fortunate to get nice husband, nice son...
[18:20] And the husband gets good wife, he gets money, position [laughter], [indistinct].
[18:30] If one is good fortunate, he gets good wife like Taittiriya, [laughter] and gets money also. [laughter] Don't fight. [indistinct] [break]
[19:05] [Gopala Krsna:] There is a very big women's liberation movement in America. They call it Women Lib.
[19:10] So they want equal opportunity for women.
[19:15] [Prabhupada:] But who will give birth to the child? Where is that liberation?
[19:22] Can the women transfer to the man to give birth to the child?
[19:28] [Devotee 2:] They are trying! [laughter]
[19:36] [Prabhupada:] Where is the liberty? The women has to carry the child for ten months. Nature's way.
[19:46] To go against nature, that is foolishness.
[19:58] God has made women and man, and they have got respective duties.
[20:04] What women can do, man cannot do. What man can do, women cannot do.
[20:09] So how there can be equal rights? That is not possible.
[20:27] "It is my duty. I have to do it."
[20:33] Husband should give all comforts to the wife,
[20:36] she may not be uncomfortable in any way. They want food, cloth, little ornaments.
[20:50] Husband must give to keep the women happy.
[20:57] In India you will find the poor men, they will get, what is called, lead bangles.
[21:15] They cannot provide silver or gold, but bangle must be there.
[21:21] If not lead, then glass.
[21:27] She will be satisfied with good sari, good bangle, good foods and some children. That's all. [break]
[21:38] Paritranaya sadhūnam vinasaya [Bg. 4.8]. Two things. Krsna has got two things: to kill the demons and to benedict the devotees.
