Science Preaching with Audio-Visual Display

After the Mayapur festival, we went to Bombay. There was a pandal program at Cross Maidan in Bombay. The title was "Modern Civilization is a Failure: Krsna Consciousness is the Only Solution." Although he was very weak, Srila Prabhupada would lecture every evening to an audience of about 4000. One evening in the presence of Srila Prabhupada and a large audience, I spoke about the science of Krishna Consciousness. The talk was accompanied by colorful visuals projected onto a big screen.

Since his room at the temple was not yet ready, Srila Prabhupada was staying at Mr. Mahadevia's house. I was staying at the temple. Next morning a telephone call came from Srila Prabhupada saying that I should come to Mahadevia's house. I went, and there were about 10 sannyasis there. Srila Prabhupada said to me, "Your last night's slide show was very nice. It was very, very colorful with slides. So, whenever you speak, you speak with slides." Later, he mentioned about Yadubara Prabhu's video "The Spark of Life" and asked me how I felt about it. He said that the Institute should prepare a film on how the spiritual living entity is different from matter. Such films will be powerful preaching materials for presenting Krishna consciousness in scientific language.
