GBC for Bhaktivedānta Institute

During his stay in Calcutta, Srila Prabhupada would go for morning walks near the Victoria Memorial. The talks on scientific preaching continued. Afterwards, Srila Prabhupada left for Mayapur and I accompanied him along with six or seven others. This was festival time in 1977 and Srila Prabhupada had already made me GBC for science preaching. For the first time I was attending the GBC meetings. Srila Prabhupada was not keeping well and everyday after finishing the meeting in the evening we would report to Srila Prabhupada our discussion during the day. Srila Prabhupada would say, "this resolution is good," or, "this needs to be corrected." Then he asked me, "What do you think about your GBC? Is it OK?"
