Therefore to approach Govinda, if one prays to Katyayani, it is very helpful

Prabhupada: ...approach Krsna. Not that dhanam dehi, rūpam dehi, bharyam dehi. [give me wealth, give me beauty, give me wife]. Hmm ...not for material benefit but for getting facilities to approach gopis they worship Katyayani for getting Krsna as a husband. So we should follow. Simhavahini.

She acts according to the order of Govinda. Therefore to approach Govinda, if one prays to Katyayani, it is very helpful.

Devotees: Hare Krsna.

Devotee: Katyayani is also Durga?
