Who is pilot?
Hari-sauri: That's all right. Okay. You're recording this.
Harikesa: What about to pause it, though? [break]
Prabhupada: [Transl. Not a single drop of rain. The whole field turned yellow. No more greenness at all. There is little coolness at night hence some greenness is found here and there.]
Indian man: [Transl. It's so hot there?]
Prabhupada: [Transl. Everything has spoiled. But they don't care. They will kill cow and eat. They are thinking whether it is yellow or green we will slaughter cow and eat.] They are thinking, "Let it be green or yellow, it doesn't matter. We shall cut the throat of the animals and eat. "But how long you will eat animal, if there is no greenness? They are already cutting the animals premature. There is no… [Transl. There is nothing to eat. Could you arrange for me an expert cook?]
Indian man: [Transl. For what?]
Prabhupada: [Transl. He will cook for me. You know, these people don't know anything. They somehow mix things together and give me to eat.]
Indian man: [Transl. Yes, Maharajaji. If you order, a good cook can be arranged.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. So bring me one. Bring a cook immediately so that at least while I am here I can have, and also they will learn from him.]
Indian man: [Transl. Okay sir.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. And whatever you think is reasonable I can…]
Indian man: [Transl. No. No. That's no problem.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. No. He must be compensated for his labor.]
Indian man: [Transl. We have one lady cook here.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. Yes, yes. Anybody.]
Indian man: [Transl. I will send her to you. She can teach everyone.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. Yes. Send her immediately.]
Indian man: [Transl. Okay. I will go now and send her. May be she can come here in your car.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. A sannyasi is not suppose to eat luxuriously, but what can be done? The body also needs to be maintained. At night we can experience how God has created so many small, tiny aeroplanes.] With pilot. Very small. Minute. Just like construction like aeroplane. With pilot to stay. [Transl. Can they create?] Ask any scientist.
Indian man: [Transl. I came here 4 o' clock in the morning. Last night I set the alarm at 4 o clock. I came but I didn't want to disturb you. I saw the light was on and you are dictating.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. I was doing dictation.]
Indian lady: [Transl. Would Maharajaji take something?]
Indian man: [Transl. No. Maharajaji won't take anything.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. Sit down.]
Indian lady: [Transl. Kindly take something little, no?]
Prabhupada: [Transl. I already took something in the morning.]
Indian man: [Transl. Took some breakfast. How fortunate we all are!]
Indian lady: [Transl. We are fortunate.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. So you call that lady and bring her.]
Indian man: [Transl. Svamiji Maharaja wants an expert cook. Papriben is good. I will go right now and bring her.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. I eat at about 1:30 pm. And these people can also learn.] Amongst the whole lot she knows, this girl…
Indian man: Palika.
Prabhupada: …Palika.
Indian man: Yes. She has gone yesterday.
Harikesa: She learned here.
Indian man: [Transl. She learned from here only.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. Oh really?]
Indian man: [Transl. Two, three years ago] first pandal she was staying here, and she was coming very often and learning from all these ladies.
Indian lady: [Transl. Should I bring some puffed rice?]
Indian man: [Transl. He won't eat anything now.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. You can give me all at once.]
Indian man: [Transl. Wait. Just sit here. His health is not well.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. After 8 o clock….]
Indian man: [Transl. He has fixed time.]
Prabhupada: So we shall go now?
Hari-sauri: Yes, everything's ready. [break]
Prabhupada: [Transl. …and pascim daraja sada tapa and uttara daraja ghar ka papa. This is Bengal's estimation. Daksina daraja gharera raja, purba daraja ghar ka praja. Pascim daraja sada tapa, uttara daraja ghar ka papa. [South-facing house is best, east facing door brings good progeny, west facing door gives heat, and north facing door is miserable.] Houses should not have door facing north.
Indian man: [Transl. Usually houses here don't have doors facing north.]
Prabhupada: [Transl. It is very hot in summer and very cold in winter. It is exactly what you want to avoid. House with south facing gate is best. It will remain cool in summer and warm in winter.] Because the sun passes...
Indian man: East to west.
Prabhupada: East to west. [Transl. Daksinayana. Uttarayana and daksinayana: The motion of sun going from south to north, and the motion of sun going from north to south.]
Indian man: [Transl. It's called Sahkranti: Passage of the sun from one zodiacal sign to another.]
Prabhupada: Where is Mahamsa Maharaja? He is not here?
Harikesa: Can somebody go find Mahamsa?
Yasomatinandan: He was here. Just trying to bringing some things for you.
Prabhupada: That's all right. So? We have got the key? Not here.
Devotee: [indistinct]
Prabhupada: [Transl. Do kirtana. Hare Krsna.]
[07:11] Hare Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare.
