"যদি বর দিবে, তবে রহ এই স্থানে ।
কিঙ্করেরে দয়া তব সর্বলোকে জানে ॥" ১১৫ ॥

"yadi vara dibe, tabe raha ei sthane

kiṅkarere daya tava sarva-loke jane"

SYNONYMS

yadi-if; vara-benediction; dibe-You will offer; tabe-then; raha-stay; ei sthane-in this quarter; kiṅkarere-to Your servants; daya-mercy; tava-Your; sarva-loke-all people; jane-may know.

TRANSLATION

The brahmanas said: "Please remain here so that people all over the world will know how merciful You are to Your servants."
