pratisthara svabhava ei jagate vidita
ye na vanche, tara haya vidhata-nirmita
SYNONYMS
pratistharaof reputation; svabhavathe nature; eithis; jagatein the world; viditaknown; yethe person who; na vanchedoes not desire it; taraof him; hayait is; vidhata-nirmitacreated by providence.
TRANSLATION
Even though one may not like it, reputation, as ordained by providence, comes to him. Indeed, one's transcendental reputation is known throughout the entire world.
