samanya-buddhi-yukta yata jiva avasesa
SYNONYMS
atma-sabdeby the word atma; buddhiintelligence; kaheit is said; buddhi-visesaa particular type of intelligence; samanya-buddhi-yuktaendowed with common intelligence; yataall; jivaliving entities; avasesathe rest.
TRANSLATION
"The word atma is also used for a particular type of intelligence. Since all living entities generally have some intelligence, more or less, they are included.
