জগন্নাথে আজ্ঞা মাগি' প্রভাতে চলিলা ।
উড়িয়া-ভক্তগণ সঙ্গে পাছে চলি' আইলা ॥ ৯৬ ॥

jagannathe ajna magi' prabhate calila

udiya-bhakta-gana saṅge pache cali' aila

SYNONYMS

jagannathe-from Lord Jagannatha; ajna magi'-taking permission; prabhate-early in the morning; calila-departed; udiya-bhakta-gana-all the devotees of Orissa; saṅge-with Him; pache-following; cali' aila-went.

TRANSLATION

After taking Lord Jagannatha's permission early in the morning, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu departed, and all the devotees of Orissa began following Him.
