eta suni'-hearing this; maha-patra—the representative of the Orissan government; avista hana—being overwhelmed; prabhuke—unto Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; karena—makes; stuti—prayers; carane dhariya—catching His feet.
Upon hearing the governor's submissive statement, the maha-patra was overwhelmed with joy. He clasped the lotus feet of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and began to offer the following prayers.
