মিশ্র কহে, "কৌড়ি ছাড়িবা, - নহে প্রভুর মন ।
তারা দুঃখ পায়, - এই না যায় সহন ।।" ৯৭ ।। ॥ ৯৭ ॥

misra kahe-Kasi Misra said; kaudi chadiba-you shall abandon the money; nahe-is not; prabhura mana-the desire of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; tara-they; duhkha paya-get unhappiness; ei-this; na yaya sahana-is intolerable.
Kasi Misra hinted to the King, "It is not the Lord's desire that you forfeit the payment. He is unhappy only because the whole family is troubled."
