raja-dravya sodhi' paya, tara karuka vyaya"
SYNONYMS
yeione who; caturaintelligent; seisuch a person; kurukalet him do; raja-visayagovernment service; raja-dravya sodhi'-after paying the dues of the government; payawhatever he gets; tara karuka vyayalet him spend that.
TRANSLATION
"If one is intelligent, let him perform service to the government, and after paying the government, he can spend whatever money is left."
