abhojyanna vipra yadi karena nimantrana
prasada-mulya la-ite lage kaudi dui-pana
SYNONYMS
abhojya-anna vipraa brahmana at whose place an invitation cannot be accepted; yadiif; karena nimantranahe invites; prasada-mulyathe price of the prasada; la-iteto bear; lagecosts; kaudi dui-panatwo panas of kaudis.
TRANSLATION
When a brahmana at whose home an invitation could not be accepted invited the Lord, he would pay two panas of conchshells to purchase the prasada.
