প্রভু গুরুবুদ্ধ্যে করেন সম্ভ্রম, সম্মান ।
তেঁহো ছিদ্র চাহি' বুলে, - এই তার কাম ॥ ৪৬ ॥

prabhu guru-buddhye karena sambhrama, sammana

tehho chidra cahi' bule,-ei tara kama

SYNONYMS

prabhu-Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; guru-buddhye-accepting him as a Godbrother of His spiritual master; karena sambhrama sammana-offers full respect and obeisances; tehho-Ramacandra Puri; chidra cahi'-trying to find fault; bule-goes about; ei-this; tara-his; kama-business.

TRANSLATION

When they met, the Lord would offer him respectful obeisances, considering him a Godbrother of His spiritual master. Ramacandra Puri's business, however, was to search for faults in the Lord.
