তাঁর সুখ-হেতু সঙ্গে রহে দুই জনা ।
কৃষ্ণরস-শ্লোক-গীতে করেন সান্ত্বনা ॥ ৮ ॥ tahra sukha-hetu sahge rahe dui jana
krsna-rasa-sloka-gite karena santvana
SYNONYMS
tahra sukha-hetu-for His happiness; sahge-in His association; rahe-remain; dui jana-two personalities; krsna-rasa-of the transcendental mellows of Krsna; sloka-verses; gite-by songs; karena santvana-they pacified.
TRANSLATION
Two people-Ramananda Raya and Svarūpa Damodara Gosvami-stayed with the Lord to pacify Him by reciting various verses about Krsna's pastimes and by singing appropriate songs for His satisfaction.
