sei haite abhyantare na karena gamana
bahire durga-mandape yana karena sayana
SYNONYMS
sei haitefrom that day; abhyantarein the interior rooms; na karena gamanadid not go; bahireoutside; durga-mandapeto the place where Durga worship was performed; yanagoing; karena sayanahe sleeps.
TRANSLATION
From that day on, he did not go into the interior section of the house. Instead, he would sleep on the Durga-mandapa [the place where mother Durga was worshiped].
