সেই হৈতে অভ্যন্তরে না করেন গমন ।
বাহিরে দুর্গামণ্ডপে যাঞা করেন শয়ন ॥ ১৫৫ ॥

sei haite abhyantare na karena gamana

bahire durga-manḍape yana karena sayana

SYNONYMS

sei haite-from that day; abhyantare-in the interior rooms; na karena gamana-did not go; bahire-outside; durga-manḍape-to the place where Durga worship was performed; yana-going; karena sayana-he sleeps.

TRANSLATION

From that day on, he did not go into the interior section of the house. Instead, he would sleep on the Durga-manḍapa [the place where mother Durga was worshiped].
