মন্দির-নিকটে শুনি তাঁর বাসা-স্থিতি ।
মন্দির-নিকটে যাইতে মোর নাহি শক্তি ॥ ৮ ॥

mandira-nikate suni tahra vasa-sthiti

mandira-nikate yaite mora nahi sakti

SYNONYMS

mandira-nikate-near the temple; suni-I hear; tahra-His; vasa-sthiti-residential place; mandira-nikate-near the temple; yaite-to go; mora-my; nahi sakti-there is no power

TRANSLATION

"I have heard that the residential quarters of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu are near the temple of Jagannatha. But I shall not have the power to go near the temple.
