amara ista-mantra jani' kahena apani
tabe jani, inhate haya caitanya-avese"

apane—personally; bolana—calls; more—me; iha—this; yadi—if; jani—I understand; amara—my; ista-mantra—worshipable mantra; jani'-knowing; kahena apani—he says himself; tabe jani—then I shall understand; inhate—in him; haya—there is; caitanya-avese—being possessed by Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; eta cinti'-thinking this; sivananda—Sivananda Sena; rahila—remained; dura-dese—a little far off.
"If Nakula Brahmacari personally calls me and knows my worshipable mantra, then I shall understand that he is inspired by the presence of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu." Thinking in this way, he stayed some distance apart.
