মধ্যাহ্নে আসিয়া প্রভু ভোজনে বসিলা ।
শাল্যন্ন দেখি' প্রভু আচার্যে পুছিলা ॥ ১০৯ ॥

madhyahne asiya prabhu bhojane vasila

salyanna dekhi' prabhu acarye puchila

SYNONYMS

madyahne-at noon; asiya-coming; prabhu-Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; bhojane vasila-sat down to eat; sali-anna-the rice of fine quality; dekhi'-seeing; prabhu-Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; acarye puchila-inquired from Bhagavan Acarya.

TRANSLATION

At noon, when Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu came to eat the offerings of Bhagavan Acarya, He first appreciated the fine rice and therefore questioned him.
