candra-kantye-by the shining of the moon; uchalita-swollen high; taraṅga-waves; ujjvala-very bright; jhalamala kare-glitter; yena-as if; yamunara jala-the water of the River Yamuna.
Brightened by the shining light of the moon, the high waves of the sea glittered like the waters of the River Yamuna.
