বর্ষান্তরে আইলা সব গৌড়ের ভক্তগণ ।
পূর্ববৎ আসি' কৈল প্রভুর মিলন ॥ ৪ ॥

varsantare aila saba gauḍera bhakta-gana

pūrvavat asi' kaila prabhura milana

SYNONYMS

varsa-antare-the next year; aila-came; saba-all; gauḍera-of Bengal; bhakta-gana-the devotees; pūrva-vat-as previously; asi'-coming; kaila-did; prabhura milana-meeting with Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu.

TRANSLATION

The next year, as usual, all the devotees from Bengal went to Jagannatha Puri, and, as in previous years, there was a meeting between Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and the devotees.
