অনুরাগের লক্ষণ এই, - 'বিধি' নাহি মানে ।
তাঁর আজ্ঞা ভাঙ্গে তাঁর সঙ্গের কারণে ॥ ৬ ॥

anuragera laksana ei,-'vidhi' nahi mane

taṅra ajna bhaṅge taṅra saṅgera karane

anuragera-of real affection; laksana-symptom; ei-this; vidhi-the regulation; nahi mane-does not care for; taṅra-His; ajna-order; bhaṅge-neglects; taṅra-His; saṅgera-association; karane-for the purpose of.

TRANSLATION

Indeed, it is a symptom of real affection that one breaks the order of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, not caring for the regulative principles, to associate with Him.
