nisvasa sahite haya brahmanda-prakasa
SYNONYMS
purusa-nasatein the nostrils of the Lord; yabewhen; bahirayaexpels; svasabreath; nisvasa sahitewith that exhalation; hayathere is; brahmanda-prakasamanifestation of universes.
TRANSLATION
When the purusa exhales, the universes become manifest with each outward breath.
