advaitam harinadvaitad
acaryam bhakti-samsanat
bhaktavataram isam tam
advaitacaryam asraye
SYNONYMS
advaitamknown as Advaita; harinawith Lord Hari; advaitatfrom being nondifferent; acaryamknown as Acarya; bhakti-samsanatfrom the propagation of devotional service to Sri Krsna; bhakta-avataramthe incarnation as a devotee; isamto the Supreme Lord; tamto Him; advaita-acaryamto Advaita Acarya; asrayeI surrender.
TRANSLATION
Because He is nondifferent from Hari, the Supreme Lord, He is called Advaita, and because He propagates the cult of devotion, He is called Acarya. He is the Lord and the incarnation of the Lord's devotee. Therefore I take shelter of Him.
