brahmanam-unto Brahma; harsayamasa-enlivened; harih-the Personality of Godhead; tan-all of them; ca-also; dvija-uttaman-highly elevated brahmanas; sva-garjitena-by His uncommon voice; kakubhah-all directions; pratisvanayata-which echoed; vibhuh-the omnipotent.
