My dear Rupanuga,
Please accept my blessings. I am in due receipt of your letter dated October 5, 1972. From your letter it appears that things are going nicely. We have accepted a great task for ameliorating the sufferings of human society for want of Krishna Consciousness. As far as possible I have tried to give you this conception in the right perspective. The structure is already there and you have to fill it up and decorate it. So you are all experienced mature pioneers of this society so do the needful by mutual consultation.
I am reaching India on the 14th of October. This morning we had a small meeting with the Filipinos and it appears there is a good hope for propagating Krishna Consciousness here. The people appear to be receptive and intelligent. Sudama Vipra Swami has created the preliminary condition so that the public in Manila is already aware of Hare Krishna movement. They greet us with the words Hare Krishna.
Your ever well-wisher,
A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami
