TO THE MEMBERS OF THE GBC

GBC members main duty is that he should himself complete the 16 rounds chanting and observing the regulative principles strictly and then he goes to a temple he should inspect whether the president and all members residing within the temple are observing these principles. It is the duty of the President to see that these principles are followed in the temple by all members. The GBC's duty is to see that things are going nicely within the temple on these principles.
