Just as Priyavrata rode a chariot

And was radiant like the sun.

So your resplendent mercy has now come,

To continue what Caitanya Mahaprabhu had begun.

The sahkirtana movement is going

To every town and village,

The devotees are traveling on an international pilgrimage,

To awaken every sleeping soul to his heritage.

Sons of Krsna, awaken to the sound

Of Gaurahga Mahaprabhu, whose mercy knows no limit,

Now with khole blazing and his karatalas shimmering.

Srila Prabhupada has come to us to give it.

What can I do to serve you,

I bang my head against the wall,

I have never done anything at all,

I'm hardly a servant, I'm so small, small small!

Like an insect at the bottom of a well,

Whose voice is nothing amidst a chorus of others,

I beg to serve you with all my Godbrothers,

We will help you by pulling others from maya's gutters.

Please Prabhupada, I want to open my eyes,

And in the pure light of love see you,

If to your instructions I am always true

I know Krsna will give me intelligence of what I have to do.

My only desire is to be your servant,

I am helpless without my spiritual master,

I will never leave; like a plaster

I will remain glued to your instructions for ever after.

On this Vyasa-pūja, there is nothing I have to give,

You already own my life and soul,

Body, mind, and words, my goal

Is to surrender all, and become full.

Please Prabhupada, please do not kick me away,

Without you there is no night, there is no day.
