Dear Srila Prabhupada,

We wish to offer this small appreciation at Your Divine Grace's lotus feet in honor of your appearance among us, the fallen conditioned souls. Considering that Your Divine Grace is Sri Jagat Guru (spiritual master of the universe) our appreciation can never be sufficient to match your glory.

If Your Divine Grace were not Jagat Guru then how could you deliver boys and girls all over the world from Maya's grasp (illusion)?

You are called "Prabhupada" because your only business is to serve Krsna cent per cent, and so you are the representative of Krsna's lotus feet. By accepting Your Divine Grace as spiritual master and following your instructions (for awakening love of Krsna, God) anyone in the universe can at once be purified and take shelter at the lotus feet of the Lord.

Your Divine Grace is wonderful because, even though you are present in this material world, you remain completely detached from matter and fully engaged in Krsna consciousness, free from all tinges of contamination.

Your Divine Grace has all the qualifications of a pure devotee and bona fide spiritual master in disciplic succession. Your activities and words are all dedicated to the service of your Guru Maharaja. Following in the footsteps of Lord Caitanya, you have written so many books delineating the science of God, you have given freely this chanting of the Hare Krsna mantra and you have engaged us in the pure devotional service of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krsna.

For so long, in our nescience, we have been clinging to this body and its paraphernalia as our self-identity, and we have accepted material scientists, bhogi yogis and other rascals as authorities. We had forgotten Krsna and His love for His parts and parcels, the living entities. Due to your mercy, Srila Prabhupada, our ignorance is factually being dissipated. You alone are revealing knowledge to us because you have seen the truth.

We pray to Your Divine Grace to accept our appreciations and obeisances. We pray to put aside our reluctance and quarrelsome habits and simply give a submissive hearing to your sublime message. We pray to always be in your transcendental association by following your instructions and being always engaged in your service.
