Dear Beloved Srila Prabhupada,

All glories to your lotus feet. On this holy day of your most auspicious appearance, we fall in the dust at your lotus feet and beg for the ability to properly glorify your divine and magnanimous character. You are the Supreme Personality of Servitor Godhead, freely bestowing your causeless mercy upon the unqualified and ungrateful conditioned souls of Kali-yuga. By your grace the entire material universe is awakening from an age-long sleep of godless ignorance to the joyous and eternal sound of Lord Caitanya's harer nama-Sahkirtana. We are amongst the most fallen of living entities and yet, somehow or other, by your causeless mercy, you have glanced in our direction, and now our lives have become successful. Who can properly describe the glories of your causeless mercy?

In the Eleventh Canto of Srimad-Bhagavatam it is stated by the Supreme Lord Krsna Himself:

"My dear Uddhava, the spiritual master must be accepted not only as my representative, but as My very self. He must never be considered on the same level with an ordinary human being. One should never be envious of the spiritual master, as one may be envious of an ordinary man. The spiritual master should always be seen as the representative of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and by serving the spiritual master, one is able to serve all the demigods."

Who but you, Srila Prabhupada, would deliver such low-born mlecchas and yavanas as ourselves, and turn us into Vaisnavas, devotees of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Sri Krsna?

It is by your grace, Srila Prabhupada, that we are tasting the nectar of devotional service to Sri Govinda, the sweet transcendental cowherd boy of Vrndavana.

By your grace, Srila Prabhupada, every day we are bathing and dressing the Supreme Personality of Godhead in His arca-vigraha form, which is nondifferent from Krsna Himself.

By your grace, Srila Prabhupada, we are travelling to the holy places such as Mayapur, Vrndavana, and Mathura, although we have no qualifications. And by your grace we are visiting Sri Radha-Kunḍa, whose glories are unlimited, and which is unobtainable even by great sages such as Narada and Sanaka. When has the world seen such mercy as yours?

By your grace, Srila Prabhupada, we are giving up our grossly sinful activities such as meat-eating, intoxication, gambling and illicit sex life, and instead we are learning to practice the rules and regulations of vaidhi-bhakti, under your expert guidance.

By your grace, Srila Prabhupada, we are beginning to understand who we are, and we are also beginning to help others understand who they are.

By your grace, Srila Prabhupada, we are beginning to understand who is God and who is not God. And by your grace we are praying to Him, instead of defaming Him.

By your grace alone, Srila Prabhupada, we are all going back home, back to Godhead. But most of all, by your grace, Srila Prabhupada, you have given us your association and instructions. Now, Srila Prabhupada, by your grace, please bless us with the desire and ability to give these priceless gifts to each and every single conditioned soul in the material world.
