Taruṇī Dāsi

Your Divine light shines,
and I look at naught but darkness.
Your Divine way leads to truth,
and I choose naught but illusion.
Your Divine Grace gives all knowledge,
and I talk naught but ignorance.
Your Divine Love emanates ecstasy,
and I accept naught but misery.
Your Divine lotus feet pull home to God,
and I clasp to naught but maya at death.
Your Divine loving words are wakening tones of bliss,
and I hear naught but nescience.
O sublime and merciful lover of all,
You bless the fallen and lift from the dead.
Be it known that the giver of strength
and of wisdom abides in the heart,
even in this prison.
Be it known that the giver of gifts supreme (Srila Prabhupada)
accepts only good and cares not for our sins.
Be he worshipped and praised.
Forever be He praised,
For the gifts of all gifts He gives,
The way to love of Sri Radha and Krsna.
All glories to Him may they be.
