aho vayam janma-bhrto 'dya hasma

dauskulyam adhim vidhunoti sighram
mahattamanam abhidhana-yogaḥ

"O God, although we are born in a mixed caste, still we are distinctly promoted in birthright simply by serving and following the great who are advanced in knowledge. Even by connection with great souls in conversation, one cleanse oneself of all disqualification of lower birth without delay." (SB 1.18.18)
Srila Prabhupada, you are so kind that by your inconceivable mercy you are raising us who are less then mlecchas to the all-auspicious position of serving you. Now I am considering my present life to be janmabhrtaḥ simply my guru-seva. O jagad-guru, you are the only disciple of Sarasvati Thakur who is actually following Sri Caitanya's precepts. This is why I have come to the cooling shade of your lotus feet. There are so many spiritual masters, but they are not adhim vidhunoti sighram, or quickly relieving Kali Yuga men from the sufferings of this world. But by your grace I have found the most relishable pleasures at your feet. Therefore I beg that you always hold me tight as your disciple, lest maya grab me with her many arms from thy holy feet.
