To find the correct words to express the gratitude all of us in this Society feel for what You have done is a difficult matter. In the course of our daily activities we see so many people teetering on the brink of disaster that we cannot but wonder why we few are so fortunate as to be chosen to fit the exalted position of acting as servants of the Servant of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krsna.
Reflecting back on past activities in conditional life, we realize that Lord Govinda is much kinder than we can imagine. To extend such mercy to those dwelling in the most unfortunate status of life is the causeless mercy of the Supreme Lord. We also understand that it is only by the blessings of a bona fide spiritual master who is coming in direct disciplic succession that one can obtain the favor of the Supreme.
Srila Prabhupada, you have come and you are teaching us the real meaning of spiritual life, as you were perfectly taught by your Guru Maharaja. We humbly request you to kindly accept our respects, and our pledge to always serve you in your divine mission of relieving the burden of all lost souls with the chanting of the holy name. We bow down before you with thankful hearts, grateful for the comfort you have brought to us, which can only be described as immeasurable on account of its ever increasing quality.
