Indumatī Devī Dāsī

On the surface of this planet earth there is someone so dear to the Lord, Sri Krsna, because that someone has taken shelter of the Lord's transcendental lotus feet. You are that dear person, O Srila Prabhupada, and you are most dear to us, your students.

Our minds and hearts were full of dangerous poison like the venom of a snake. The illusory attraction of material energy was eating away our hearts. We were trying to love these bodies and putting all our hopes and dreams into the lusty, temporary affairs of this material world. And we were suffering in maya. Only you, Srila Prabhupada, can reciprocate with us because you know about Sri Krsna, the reservoir of love. Your love for us is pure and completely satisfying to us because it is pure love of God-head that you are distributing to anyone who will accept. So if we can only remember that you are the only person whom we can trust with our love, and that you are the only person who will never hurt us or disappoint us and also that that affection which you have for your students is the most precious possession-if we can only remember you, Srila Prabhupada, the servant of His Divine Grace Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Gosvami Maharaja, then we will be on our way back home, back to our Lord's lotus feet. By your mercy, may we always remember to look upon you with our eyes always filled with tears of joyous love. All glories to you, our divine spiritual preceptor His Divine Grace Tridanḍi Gosvami Abhay Caran Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada Maharaja. All glories unto you.
