raja uvaca-the King said; kutra-wherein; ksattuh-with Vidura; bhagavata-and with His Grace; maitreyena-with Maitreya; asa-there was; saṅgamah-meeting; kada-when; va-also; saha-with; samvadah-discussion; etat-this; varnaya-describe; nah-unto me; prabho-O my lord.
