Your mind will be strong. Your health will be strong." That means from material point. But keeping your health strong, the medical science is there, and so many other thing. But people are taking advantage of this yoga system. The sastra says that dhyanavasthita-tad-gatena manasa pasyanti yam yoginah [SB 12.13.1].
