1000's needed

So we require hundreds and thousands of spiritual masters who has understood this Krsna science and preach all over the world. That is the problem. Therefore we have formed this society and we, we invite all sincere souls to take part in the society and become a spiritual master, and preach this science all over the world. This is the... There is a great necessity of this knowledge. Don't think that Krsna was born in India, and because He spoke on the Vedic principle, that is a sectarian thing. No. Krsna says that
(More...) Guru means who follows the predecessor, authorized predecessor. He is guru. Not that everyone is guru. So therefore we have to follow the superior order. Then we become guru, not that by cheating others we become guru. No. That is cheater. That is not teacher. Guru means who is following the superior order. The superior order is Krsna or His representative. So Caitanya Mahaprabhu is Krsna. He is ordering, amara ajnaya, "By My order," guru hana, "you become guru." "Sir, it is very difficult to become guru. I have no education. I have no culture. I am not born in a very high family. I am very low." A devotee always thinks like that. He never thinks that "I have become very great man." Just like Caitanya-caritamrta, author of, he says, purisera kita haite muni se laghistha . Purisa, purisa means stool, and there are worms in the stool. So Caitanya-caritamrta author is saying that "I am lower than the worms in the stool." That is Vaisnava conception. Trnad api sunicena. He is very humble. He never says, "Oh, I am the Supreme. I have become God." A most rascal, foolish. So that is not... Therefore we have to follow. If we actually want to become guru, there is necessity of many thousands of gurus to teach this cheated public. But how to become guru? That is... Caitanya Mahaprabhu says, amara ajnaya: "By My order." "What is Your order, Sir?" Now, yare dekha, tare kaha 'krsna'-upadesa [Cc Madhya 7.128]. Then you become guru. You simply advise people to follow Krsna's instruction. Then you become guru.
(More...) Caitanya Mahaprabhu's, this Krsna consciousness movement propaganda, what is this propaganda? He says that "Every one of you become guru." He wants not rascal, imitation guru, but real guru. That He wants. Because people are in darkness, we require many millions of gurus to enlighten them. Therefore Caitanya Mahaprabhu's mission is, He said, that "Every one of you become guru." Amara ajnaya guru haya tara ei desa. You haven't got to go foreign countries. Wherever you are, you teach; become guru. It doesn't matter. Ei desa. He says, ei desa. If you have got power, you can go other country, but it doesn't require. In whichever village, whichever country or town you are, you become a guru. This is Caitanya Mahaprabhu's mission. Amara ajnaya guru haya tara ei desa. "This country, this place." So, "But I have no qualification. How can I become guru?" There is no need of qualification. "Still I can become guru?" Yes. "How?" Yare dekha tare kaha krsna-upadesa [Cc Madhya 7.128]: "Whomever you meet, you simply instruct what Krsna has said. That's all. You become guru." Everyone is very anxious to become guru, but rascal does not know how to become guru, a simple thing. So many gurus come from India in this country, all rascal, but they will not speak what Krsna has instructed. Maybe for the first time this has begun, in Krsna consciousness. Otherwise all rascals, they instructed something else, some meditation, this, that, all cheating.
(More...) Prabhupada: Vidvams cakre satvata-samhitam. If you want to be learned, then you have to read Bhagavatam. Vidvams cakre satvata samhitam. Vidvan means Vyasadeva. He compiled Bhagavatam for the education of these rascals. Na te vidhuh svartha-gatim. The same thing. They do not know what is their self-interest. Na te viduh svartha-gatim hi visnu. And another place, anartha. This is anartha. Without knowing the real self-interest, they are engaged in so many so-called duties. Krsna says, sarva-dharman: "Give up all these duties," but they will not do. Therefore Vyasadeva says, anarthopasamam. These unnecessary engagements, they cannot be given up, anarthopasamam saksad bhakti-yogam adhoksaje [SB 1.7.6] To teach them bhakti-yoga... And, anarthopasamam saksad bhakti-yogam adhoksaje lokasyajanato. These rascals, they do not know it. Lokasya ajanata. Ajanato lokasya. They do not know how to get free from this unwanted situation. But to get them free, vidvan... Vyasadeva is vidvan, vidvams cakre satvata-samhitam. The satvata samhita is Bhagavatam. Anarthopasamam saksad bhakti-yogam adhoksaje lokasyajanato. Ajanata lokasya, they do not know, huh? The same thing, a dog, what does he know what is the interest of life? Dvipada-pasu. Therefore Krsna Caitanya Mahaprabhu has advised that because all these rascals are filled up all over the world, "Each one of you become a guru." Yes. So many gurus required. Amara ajnaya guru hana tara ei desa, wherever you are living, you just try to deliver your family, your neighborhood, your friends. Deliver them. Tara. Tara means deliver. "How can I do it? I am not a guru; I am a common..." "No. You have to become a guru." "How?" Yare dekha tare kaha 'krsna-upadesa' [Cc Madhya 7.128]: simply repeat the instruction given by Krsna. Then you will become guru.
