Krishna dasa Kaviraja

So Krsnadasa Kaviraja Gosvami is writing Caitanya-caritamrta. In each chapter he composes a new verse offering his obeisances to the Lord. So in this Seventh Chapter of Adi-lila he also offers his respect. He began his writing of Caitanya-caritamrta when he was as old as ninety years old in Vrndavana by the order of the Vaisnavas and confirmed by Sri Madana-mohana. So this is the process. One should not be writing in spiritual subject matter without being authorized by some superior authority. It is not ordinary writing. The writing on spiritual subject matter is authoritative. By the order of superior authority, one can write. It is not speculation. Therefore he said that sri-caitanyam likhyate asya: "By the order of superior authority, I am trying to describe Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu." And what is Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu? Prema-bhakti-vadanyata.
