The Mercy of Sri Sri Gaura and Nityananda

parama karuna, pahū dui jana,
nitai gauracandra
saba avatara-sara siromani,
kevala ananda-kanda

[The two persons-Lord Nityananda and Lord Caitanya-are most merciful. They are the crest-jewel of all incarnations of Godhead and are always absorbed in transcendental bliss.]

bhajo bhajo bhai, caitanya nitai,
sudrḍha biswasa kori'
visaya chariya, se rase majiya
mukhe bolo hari hari
sudrḍha biswasa kori'
visaya chariya, se rase majiya
mukhe bolo hari hari
[O brother, just worship Lord Caitanya and Nityananda. Have firm faith in Them. Giving up all sense gratification and submerging yourself in that mellow, just chant "Hari! Hari!"]

dekho ore bhai, tri-bhuvane nai
emona doyala data
pasu pakhi jhure, pasana vidare
suni' jara guna-gatha
emona doyala data
pasu pakhi jhure, pasana vidare
suni' jara guna-gatha
[Look at this, brother. There is no one as merciful as Them within the three worlds. The birds and the beasts weep, the stones spit on hearing the recitation of Their glories.]

samsare majiya, rohili poriya
se pade nahilo asa
apana karama, bhunjaye samana,
kahoye locana-dasa
se pade nahilo asa
apana karama, bhunjaye samana,
kahoye locana-dasa
[Sunken into the material existence, I have no hope of attaining that position. It is my karma, I am being punished by Yamaraja, says Locana dasa.]
