[00:13] [Prabhupada:] ...foolish is the last-class man. At the present moment they are "busy foolish."

[00:19] [Devotee:] They are worse than lazy foolish. That's worse than lazy foolish.

[00:22] [Prabhupada:] Yes. Lazy foolish is foolish but he's lazy, he'll not do so harm.

[00:28] But the busy foolish, he'll simply create harm.

[00:31] At the present moment the population is busy foolish.

[01:02] So we are creating lazy intelligent.

[01:12] An intelligent man must be lazy; otherwise how he can act intelligently, sober,

[01:18] "All right, let me consider"?

[01:22] You cannot hope that intelligent man will give his decision immediately.

[01:31] [Devotee:] He can be called lazy, but that's not tamo-guna.

[01:36] [Prabhupada:] That is sobriety.

[01:54] Modern tendency is to create "busy foolish."

[01:58] The Communists, they are busy foolish.
