tomara age eta kathara nahi prayojana
usara-bhumite yena bijera ropana
SYNONYMS
tomara agebefore you; etaso many; katharaof words; nahithere is not; prayojananecessity; usara-bhumitein barren land; yenalike; bijeraof the seed; ropanasowing.
TRANSLATION
Gopinatha Acarya then said, "There is no need to quote so much evidence from the sastras, for you are a very dry speculator. There is no need to sow seeds in barren land.
